Q: How long will it take for My order to be delivered?

A: Every piece is handmade with attention to detail once ordered. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Please note that during sales process time may be longer.

This does not include weekends and holidays.

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

If you need your order immediately please note this either at checkout, or send us an email with the subject line RUSH, and we will put a rush on your oder. Email -  kjjbykatiejones@gmail.com

Q: Does KJJ accept returns or exchanges?

A: We deal with this on a case by case base. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order send us an email to dispute!

Q: Can KJJ do custom pieces?

A: ABSOLUTELY! shoot us an email with "custom" as the subject line. You can describe your vision, send pictures of what you want, or simply give basic ideas. We love doing custom work, and our job isn't done until you love it too.
