How can I track my order?

After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package. If you have further questions don't hesitate to reach out!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every item is hand made with attention to detail once ordered. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, although typically, orders are processed within 48 hours. Please note that during sales and holidays process time may be longer. Process time does not include weekends and holidays. All orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery, unless you have chosen a faster delivery option at check out.

Can I get a rush on my order?

Of course! If you need something quickly please email kjjbykatiejones@gmail.com. Include your order number and the name on the order, as well as when you need it by and KJJ will make it happen! 

I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?

If you saw a KJJ piece in store, online or on our instagram that you can not find online, please email kjjbykatiejones@gmail.com or send a Direct Message on instagram to @kjjbykatiejones. Most items can either be custom made or closely replicated. Some pieces are one of a kind and can not be duplicated after sold, but please ask!

How can I order KJJ wholesale? 

Please email kjjbykatiejones@gmail.com to request line sheets! Because so many KJJ pieces are one of a kind, retailers are encouraged to use the password that comes with the line sheets to visit the wholesale page on this website : kjjbykatiejones.com/wholesale. On this page, whole sale buyers are able to see exactly what and how many of each piece are available. Please see additional wholesale information on specified page!
